About The Kind Self Collective
The Kind Self Collective is a psychotherapy practice that values relational approaches to healing and wellness. We believe in developing a sense of community within ourselves through mindful connection, intentional living, slowing down, and turning inward to foster kindness and self-compassion. This practice is committed to co-creating a safe, empathetic, and empowering environment for all humans to explore their inner and outer worlds. Together, we will hold compassionate space for all parts of the self, with dignity, with curiosity, and with kindness.

Relationships: Surviving Narcissism and Psychopathic Abuse
Our approach to anxiety treatment involves creating a supportive environment for individuals to explore their fears and worries. Through compassionate therapy, we aim to help clients develop coping strategies and build resilience.
At The Kind Self Collective, we offer empathetic support for individuals experiencing depression. Our therapy sessions focus on addressing the underlying causes of depression and developing personalized strategies for healing.
The term "narcissism" has been gaining popularity as awareness of common strategies used by narcissistic personality types, such as love-bombing and gaslighting, increase in mainstream pop-culture. Developing increased understanding the difference between "traits" and "personality disorders" are important in meeting the complex needs of survivors and healing trauma from NPD and psychopathy.
Trauma (Adult + Adolescent)
We believe that trauma is stored within the body and therefore requires an wholistic, embodied-approach to healing and recovery. We provide space for individuals to process their experiences of trauma, through first establishing safety, increasing opportunities for somatic resourcing, building self-compassion and nervous system regulation, and empowerment.
For the young folx (16-24y)
Being a young person is hard. Our approach to therapy for teens and young adults prioritizes the validation of this highly intense human experience. We explore the unique challenges faced by young individuals and aim to create a safe, nurturing, and creative environment to explore their emotions, even those which are often most difficult to hold
For the kiddos (4+)
We believe that creativity, compassion, and imagination are essential in working with all people, and especially with the kiddos. Whether looking to support a young person to develop skills for regulation, to name and tame their emotions, or to just hold space to connect with a safe adult, we can help.
