With extensive experience and knowledge in areas such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Somatic Practice and Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, and Mindfulness, The Kind Self Collective is committed to the decolonization of social work practice and operates from a trauma-informed, intersectional worldview.
